Engaged by Dennis Family Corporation, Native Space delivered a vibrant open space and play park at the heart of the Westbrook development, creating an attractive and welcoming destination for the growing local community.

The landscape features coloured concrete with flowing contour lines that complement the sweeping garden beds and guide visitors through the space. More than 26,210 plants and 225 trees were installed, establishing a strong landscape character while providing shade, seasonal interest and long-term environmental value.

Native Space’s involvement extended beyond the central park to the construction and maintenance of streetscapes across more than 20 stages of Westbrook Estate. This coordinated approach has helped create a cohesive and distinctive public realm, providing residents with engaging green spaces designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
