Native Space contributed to the delivery of 4Ten Open Space & Wetlands, a 15-acre environmental and recreational precinct in Epping designed to enhance local biodiversity while creating an inviting outdoor destination for the community.
The project included the installation of 97,000 plants, establishing extensive wetland and open-space habitats that support a healthier and more resilient landscape. Five kilometres of shared pathways connect visitors with the natural environment, while two shelter structures and an outdoor fitness station provide opportunities for rest, exercise and recreation.
Combining ecological function with thoughtful landscape design, the completed precinct helps manage and enrich the local environment while encouraging walking, fitness and community connection. The result is an attractive and accessible green space that promotes environmental awareness and long-term stewardship.
