Native Space delivered three stages of streetscapes together with Reserves 3, 4 and 5 and an integrated wetland, creating a connected landscape that responds thoughtfully to the site’s cultural heritage and natural environment.

The works included carefully constructed dry-stone walls and sensitive management of areas with cultural heritage significance. Reserve 4 was delivered through a design-and-construct approach to address the former farmhouse location and associated soil contamination, requiring close coordination, adaptable planning and considered environmental management.

Reserves 3 and 4 celebrate the area’s natural character through native grasses, trees and habitat-focused landscaping that supports local flora and fauna. Reserve 5 and the adjoining wetland continue this approach while providing an important stormwater catchment for future development. Together, the spaces preserve the identity of the site while delivering resilient, functional landscapes for the growing community.
