Appointed as Head Contractor, Native Space is delivering the DP3 Cloverton Active Open Space in Kalkallo—a major recreational precinct designed to support organised sport, active lifestyles and community connection.

The project includes two fully irrigated natural-turf sports fields constructed with perched water table systems, four multi-use courts, three enclosed cricket practice nets and a dedicated local dog park. Supporting infrastructure includes lighting towers and multi-court lighting, two asphalt car parks, extensive hard landscaping, fencing, soft landscaping and new planting.

Once complete, the precinct will provide the growing Cloverton community with a diverse and accessible destination for sport, exercise and recreation. The DP3 Cloverton Active Open Space is scheduled for completion in spring 2026.
