Native Space delivered this new community park with precision, achieving the specified quality standards while meeting the client’s strict completion deadline. Despite a two-week delay to commencement, close coordination between our Project and Operations teams, site supervisor and construction crew ensured the original finish date was maintained without compromising quality.
Built alongside an active residential subdivision, the project required careful planning, clear communication and considered site management. Particular attention was given to protecting the remnant trees from the original farmhouse, allowing these established landscape features to connect the site’s history with the growing estate. The exceptional workmanship and attention to detail have created a refined recreational space with a quality more commonly associated with high-end residential landscapes.
Positive feedback from local residents provided a strong sense of purpose throughout construction, with community members regularly acknowledging the crew’s work and the value of the emerging family space. More than another local park, the finished project is a welcoming destination where families can gather, children can grow and the community can create lasting memories—a new heart for the estate.
