Native Space delivered the main entrance and associated landscaping for this retirement village, creating a secure, welcoming and visually refined arrival experience for residents and visitors.

The works included high-quality brickwork, a secure gatehouse, a contemporary mailbox area and an automated sliding gate equipped with number plate recognition technology. Landscaping within the designated Tree Protection Zone was carefully planned to protect established vegetation, while a fully automated irrigation system was installed to support efficient water use and long-term plant health.

Throughout the village, individual lots were enhanced with steel garden edging, feature trees and mulched garden beds, creating a consistent and low-maintenance landscape character. Secure boundary fencing completes the development, providing residents with privacy and peace of mind while complementing the overall aesthetic of the community.
